1. Data Controller
The data controller is Daitona s.r.l., registered office at Via di Macchia Saponara 247/249, 00124 Rome (RM), Tax Code and VAT No. 13768471008, in the person of its legal representative. For any requests regarding your data, you can write to info@daitona.it or to the certified email address daitonasrl@legalmail.it.
This notice is provided pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and concerns only the website dogodot.it of Dogodot, the advertising division of Daitona dedicated to the executive production of commercials and campaigns. For the website www.daitona.it, its own privacy notice applies.
2. What data we collect
Contact form data: first name, last name, email, phone (optional), agency or company, and the message about the project.
Visit origin: campaign, source, and landing page, associated with your request.
Anonymous and aggregated statistics: pages viewed, origin, and geographic area of visits, without cookies and without persistent identifiers.
Only with your consent: recognition between visits and Meta advertising cookies (see the cookie policy).
Technical server logs, for the security and proper functioning of the site.
3. Why we process the data and on what legal basis
To respond to your requests and contact you again about the project: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in following up on contacts (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
For anonymous statistics and site security: our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
To send you updates about our work and show you personalized ads (marketing and profiling), including the creation of custom audiences on Meta: only with your explicit and optional consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.
For recognition between visits and the Meta pixel: only with your consent from the cookie banner.
4. Custom audiences on Meta
If you give marketing consent, we may use your contact data (email and phone) to create custom audiences on Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the data is transmitted to Meta in encrypted form (hashed) to match your profile and personalize or limit advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can withdraw your consent by writing to info@daitona.it: we will stop this use and request removal from the audiences.
5. Cookies, measurement, and Meta Pixel
The site uses necessary technical cookies, anonymous statistics without cookies, and, only with prior consent, recognition between visits and the Meta pixel, which measures campaigns and actions on the site (for example, opening a project, playing a video, submitting the form) and supports advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Details are in the cookie policy.
6. Who we communicate the data to
The data is processed by our authorized personnel and by suppliers acting as data processors: the hosting provider, the website publishing and infrastructure platform with its database, the email sending service, and, only with consent, Meta Platforms. The data may be communicated to the competent authorities when required by law. We do not disseminate the data. The updated list of processors is available upon request at info@daitona.it.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
Some suppliers may process the data also outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
8. How long we keep the data
We keep contact data for the time necessary to handle your request and subsequent relationships, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact. Data processed for marketing is kept until consent is withdrawn. Data used for site security is kept for the time strictly necessary.
9. Your rights
You can at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, portability, and withdrawal of the consents given (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). You can write to info@daitona.it or to the certified email address daitonasrl@legalmail.it, without any formality. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), as provided for by Art. 77 GDPR, or to bring the matter before the judicial authority (Art. 79 GDPR).
10. Security
We process the data lawfully and fairly, with security measures adequate to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of the data, using IT tools and organizational methods related to the purposes indicated.

We may update this notice: the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
